Shipping Information

Bok Beach Life is a proudly Australian owned business. Based in beautiful Bokarina on the Sunshine Coast in QLD. We provide ourselves on providing the most exceptional customer service and experience.

After placing your order a confirmation email will be sent to the address you have provided. Please allow 1-2 business days to prepare and pack your order for postage. We always endeavour to send your order as fast as possible.

Once your order is posted a confirmation email with package details will be sent to you.

Bok Beach Life works primarily with Australia Post and Courier Please to deliver parcels within 8 business days.

If you need your products in a hurry - or are just so excited and you need it now, then we have an  Express Shipping option at the checkout. This makes delivery time between 1-2 business days from when the order is dispatched.

Standard Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10.00 per order.

Express Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $15.00 per order

We track all parcels via Australia Post's or Courier Please tracking system.

Please contact us to get your tracking information once you have received your Dispatch Confirmation Email.

Yes, we will deliver to PO Boxes.

All orders are registered with the Australia Post or Courier Please tracking system and can not be left unattended at the premises.

Instead, your driver will leave a missed delivery notification with the details of where and when you can retrieve the parcel from.

We suggest electing to have parcels sent to your - or a family member's - workplace to guarantee that someone will be available to collect it.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@bokbeachlife.com.au If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
